Ferroxcube special cores

The development of science and engineereing constantly extends possible applications of ferrite materials in new fields of industry and scientific research. In such a way new special applications requiring ferrite cores with unstandart sizes and configurations and also materials with special properties appear. As an example of such applications one can note particle accelerator or special anechoic chambers for scientific investigations.

The necessity in producing of ferrite cores with unstandart sizes in a small quantity often appears when small manufacturing of uniqe devices for electonics or in case of neccessity breadboarding of stock-produced items when developing new ferrite core configuration. The tradional method of ferrite producing requiring expensive press molds manufacturing for every new item does not allow to realize this approach.

One of comprehensive solutions of this task is Ferroxcube sharpening unique technology of sharpening of unstandart cores on the base of ferrite plates.
