TDK Made ZRH-configured Cores for High-frequency Tube Welding.

ZRH-configured cores intended for a high-frequency tube welding have a tubular form with center opening for passing a flow of cooling emulsion.

The development of ZRS- and ZRSH-configured cores made possible to increase the effectivity of tube welding, in that case a use of ZRH-configured cores is at present rather restricted in whole world. ZRH-configured cores are typically used in impeders which require for welding a large number of single ferrite cores.

During the manufacturing of impeder the correct choice of protective casing’s inner diameter should be carefully traced. Decrease of the casing’s inner diameter down to a value that is lesser than a recommended value may hinder a correct insertion of ZRH cores
