ZRS-configured Cores for High-frequency Tube Welding

TDK Made ZRS-configured Cores for High-frequency Tube Welding.

ZRS-configured Impeder cores are characterized by a large mass of ferrite material combined with deep slots what permits to provide a high cooling efficiency increasing a life time of ferrite core and improving a quality of welding seam.

ZRS-configured ferrite cores are recommended usually for a use in production of through-pass impeders having a protective casings’s outer diameter of up to 32 mm.

Till the designing a construction of impeder, a correct choice of protective casing’s inner diameter should be carefully traced.. Decrease of the casing’s inner diameter down to a value that is lesser than a recommended value may hinder a correct insertion of ZRS cores.
