ZRSH-configured Cores for High-frequency Tube Welding

TDK Made ZRSH-configured Cores for High-frequency Tube Welding.

ZRSH-configured Impeder cores combine features of ZRS-configured and of ZRH-configured cores and contain an axis aperture for passing a flow of cooling water or emulsion. It improves an effective cooling of ferrite core and significantly increases its life time.

ZRSH configuration of ferrite cores is most frequently used in production of return flow cooling impeders and of through flow impeders whose protective fiberglass casing’s size exceeds 30 mm.

Attention: Correct selection of protective casing’s inner diameter should be carefully traced. Decrease of the casing’s inner diameter down to a value that is lesser than a recommended value may hinder a correct insertion of ZRSH cores.
